we invite one and all to join the parade!
participant should arrive at the capitols front steps
dresed in your finest party attire
(no one from halo or chris or tom will be there to organize, start or complete the parade, so we leave it up to you, thank you!)

we are simply to lazy to go and find coconuts, so we are asking that if you have some BIG NUTS FROM A PALM TREE , please bring them for decoration.
